Recently we have received some enquiries from consumers who claimed that they have prepaid for the Pasión Face Masks through unauthorized channels but failed to receive any goods. In this regard, Pasión declares that:

  1. Pasión only sells Face Masks through designated retailers and online platform on HKTVmall
  2. Other than as mentioned above, Pasión does not authorize to sell or accept pre-orders Face Masks through any channels

To avoid being deceived, please pay extra attention to any fraudulent acts of authorized sellers before you make any payment.

Recently we have noticed a number of unauthorized persons and dealers selling our products. Some of them falsely claimed to have been authorized by Pasión. There are also unauthorized persons and dealers who charge higher than our suggested retail prices (HK$20 per bottle of 50ml hand sanitizer) that against our original purpose of the fair use of sanitizer products during this critical epidemic period.

If you have purchased Pasión products from an unauthorized person or dealer:

Due to lack of sales contract and agreement, we are not obligated to protect your interest in relation to purchased products.

  • We may not be able to help you if you have a problem with an unauthorized dealer or online seller.
  • We have no way of determining whether these products are used, refurbished, counterfeited, stolen, or otherwise compromised.
